Laggamm Matrimony – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By using Laggamm Matrimony ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read carefully before registering or interacting with our site or app.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Users must be 18+ for women, 21+ for men, and legally eligible to marry.
• Registration requires valid details and a recent photograph. Misleading or fake information may lead to suspension or account deletion.

3. Free & Paid Services

• Women’s profiles are completely free.
• Men may access basic features for free; premium/add-on services are chargeable.
• All fees are non-refundable, except where legally mandated.

4. Personalized & Offline Mediator Services

• Users can opt for paid, personalized matchmaking (“mediator services”).
• We coordinate matches, shortlist profiles, and help schedule safer meetings.
• Mediators act as facilitators—not legal representatives.

5. Profile Verification & Safety

• Profiles undergo mobile/email verification.
• We do not guarantee authenticity of profiles; please independently verify details before engagement.
• Always involve trusted individuals and avoid sharing explicit personal data.

6. Privacy & Data Use

• Personal data is used strictly for matchmaking and strictly kept confidential per our Privacy Policy.
• We do not share info without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. User Code of Conduct

Users must not:

• Request money, financial favors, or intimate relationships prior to serious commitment.
• Use offensive or discriminatory language.
• Share contact info before mutual consent.
• Upload inappropriate or copyrighted material.
• Use bots or automated tools to interact.

Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

8. Communication & Notifications

You consent to receive service messages via SMS, email, voice calls, or WhatsApp. You may set limits in your account settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and functionality belong to Laggamm Matrimony. By uploading your photos/profile info, you grant us limited rights to display them as part of the service.

10. Third-party Links & Services

We may link to third-party services (e.g., horoscope,Sms tools). We are not responsible for their content or service quality.

11. Limitation of Liability

Laggamm Matrimony is an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• Misrepresentation by users
• Financial or emotional loss
• Technical issues (internet failure, viruses, etc.)
  Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in dispute.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our service or violation of terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account due to term violations. Paid services are non-refundable unless legally required.

14. Disputes

We aim to resolve within 7 business days. Disputes are governed by Indian law and limited to Hyderabad courts.

15. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. The revised version is effective once posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
