Users can create, update, and browse profiles without any charges under free plans.

 Paid Services

Any paid plan or premium service (such as profile highlight, featured listing, or assisted matchmaking) once purchased is non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.

 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

Double payment made for the same service

Technical failure from our end preventing the service delivery

Payment deducted but service not activated within 48 hours

Note: Refund will be issued after internal verification.

No Refund Will Be Provided For:

User’s change of mind after purchasing a service

Delay in finding a match or personal dissatisfaction with results

Misuse or violation of terms and conditions
